Platform Infrastructure Services
AFS offers European Crowdfunding Service Providers administration, custodian services, payment services and secondary tradeability of their loans, bonds and equity.
Administration
AFS Execution Services can take over the administration of your loan book. This includes the generation of payment instructions (SEPA files) and secure API access for your developers, so your platform can leverage our technology without impacting your investors or brand and we remain behind-the-scenes.
Payment Services
We can fully service all bond and equity related payments, including interest payments and redemptions. We can also facilitate the primary funding of bonds (where the initial funding of a bond is collected inside our payment infrastructure). Our payment services are built on the banking infrastructure of ABN AMRO Clearing Bank's and each depositor's deposit is insured up to €100.000 by the Dutch National Bank's deposit guarantee scheme.
Custodian Services
For securities (bonds and equity), we offer full custodian services, where each of your securities gets its own ISIN and is registered in Euroclear.
Secondary Tradeability
We can provide the issuers of securities bilaterial transactions and (periodical) auctions to offer their investors liquidity moments, fully under control of either you (the Crowdfunding Service Provider) or the issuer.
Our Platform Infrastructure Services are operated by AFS Execution Services and run on top of Vennex, our proprietary and regulated equity platform.
